1. Refund Eligibility
Car dealers who have paid the Security deposit of 10,000 INR are eligible for a refund if they are dissatisfied with our platform. To qualify for a refund, please ensure that:
•You request a refund within 30 days of your onboarding fee payment.
•You have not actively engaged in any auctions or transactions on the platform.
•Your account is in good standing with no violations of our terms of service.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at office@teamtechmedia.com with your account details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and initiate the refund process if you meet the eligibility criteria.
3. Refund Amount
Once your request is approved, we'll promptly refund the entire 10,000 INR to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
4. Exclusions
Please note that once you have participated in any auctions or transactions on our platform, you are no longer eligible for a refund of the security deposit.
